We are a
DataEQ Product

Since 2007, DataEQ has been helping banks, insurers, retailers, and telcos extract meaning from millions of unstructured customer signals  using its proprietary EQ Engine to deliver real-time insight, triage risk, and improve service and reputation. This experience exposed a deeper challenge  and sparked the mission behind Good Outcomes.

Why we are building Good Outcomes

To align regulation, experience, and action through one layer
of conduct intelligence.

Outcomes-based regulation like the UK’s Consumer Duty didn’t just raise the bar, it marked a fundamental shift. But it also exposed how disconnected the system really is. Most firms still rely on reactive oversight, fragmented feedback, and siloed tools with no shared view of how conduct is actually performing. We’re building Good Outcomes to change that, with one connected layer of conduct intelligence that enables firms to deliver good outcomes proactively, at scale.
